RED Mall is surrounding with, several urban poor residential colonies such as Patel Nagar, Kaila Bhatta, Islam Nagar, Hindon Vihar, Nand Gram, Ghukna Village, Shibbanpura, Sewa Nagar, Delhi Gate, etc. Maximum people staying in these colonies are not financially sound, so they aren’t preferred to shopping in the RED Mall.
The gentry of the region is most important to run a Mall successfully. The locality of the RED Mall area is an urban poor and villagers of unauthorized colonies. There is a limited high class and upper-middle-class gentry surrounded by RED Mall. That’s why the RED Mall will not working fine.
The RED Mall has a very small frontage.
Maximum Mall or Mall type properties are not the good and safe investment options in the Ghaziabad, Noida and Greater Noida area. The maximum investors who invested in Mall type properties are in 99% loss.

True feedback, I purchased a shop in red mall one year ago, in assured returan payment plan, and after possession lease guranty .
Builder gives us assured return for first 3 months only, and after 3 month I got nothing…. its realy a dead
I approched builder to by back my shop… but he refused.
