The Aarza Square is located on the entry side 130 ft wide main road, connecting to the NH-24 Highway, Crossings Republik and residential township Gaur City.  It is facing towards the service road.

The elevation and layout design of this market is not very impressive. Only front facing ground floor shops can attract customers.

Arza Square is in the service since the year 2018.

Drawbacks | Bad Factors
Aarza Square market layout design is not very impressive, only the ground floor main road facing shops are properly visible. The lower ground floor of this market like the basement. The lower ground floor shops of this market may be a dead investment. The project has not enough space for parking vehicles.

Advice
The ground floor main road facing shops can be a good investment option.  But the other floors of this market may not good for investment.
