Semi ready to possession residential sector 150 Noida is adjoining to ATS Kinghood Drive. And there are several under construction commercial retail shops projects in sector 150 for their daily shopping needs. So ATS Kinghood Drive commercial will hardly get any benefits from sector 150 Noida residents.
The layout design of the ATS Kinghood Drive is also not very impressive. The ground floor front facing shops are properly visible from the outside road, but due to its layout design customer can’t directly enter into any main road facing retail shops.
Sector 152 and sector 150 Noida is a low-density population area. Low density is good for the living but not for commercial development, and at present, there is no population in sector 152 Noida. And also there is no sign for the population in the next couple of years (or even more).
ATS Kinghood Drive commercial spaces have a loading of approx 50% – so, a small shop of 1000 Sq Ft as quoted by the builder may end up being an ultra-small shop of only 500 sq ft in carpet area.
The maintenance cost is always high in this type of centralized air condition commercial properties. The construction and possession of this project/property depend on the sale of shops/space, so the project may be the delay.
