This is the only commercial office space project after the World Trade Tower, which is very close to the National capital Delhi, It is a just 5-minute distance from the New Delhi.
There is a huge urban rich residential population around the 3C Delhi One. The project is well connected through road as well as it is located on the main highway. So we can say it’s an ultra-premium location.

Possession | Construction Update
This is probably the most uncertain query of the entire project. The project started in the year 2012 with L&T being the construction company behind the project and the time period was set as per the terms then. The promised date of delivery of the project was in the month of December 2015. However, as of now, the project has been moving at a snail’s pace. The 3C Delhi One project is still under construction. The project may be the delay for more couple of years. After RERA comes in force the revised possession date of DELHI ONE TOWER B, FS HOTEL, RESI 1,2,3 AND RETAIL is December-2023.

The location and layout design of the 3C Delhi One is very prime but to see the present situation of this project it seems that the construction of this project is hardly complete. The construction of this project started in the year 2012 by the L&T Company, but till date project is not completed and these days there is almost no construction activity at this site.
It seems that the developer of this project the 3C Delhi One is not committed to this project. Investors’ hard-earned money is stuck in this project and there is no one to worry about them. There is no sale/resale/purchase in this project.

It is probably not the right choice of investment for those who are looking for ROI in the next year or so. Given the doubts surrounding the possession date, there may not be a real appreciation of value for resale in a year. In fact, investors who are trying to make a sale of their property in the 3C DELHI One are now struggling to reach their initial investment. Despite having brought their prices down, there aren’t any takers to buy these properties.
