    The wave high street shop condominium price is already very higher side, then how can they give 6% annually returns?

    • Hello Singhaniya Sir,

      The price of a 50 to 90 sq mtr commercial plot in the sector 18 Noia is around INR Rs 10/- Crore to INR Rs 15/- Crore.
      So the price of Wave high street shop Condominiums is not on the higher side, but on the lower side.

      At present the ground floor road facing commercial retail shop rent value in the Sector-18 Noida, is minimum INR Rs. 500/- per sq ft per month and more. so if any one invests in these Condominiums he must be get more than INR Rs. 500/- per sq ft per month rent. and these Wave HSCC is better than sector 18 Noida commercials
