Newtech La Gracia is situated in an over-supplied commercial project location of Crossings Republik. There are more than 4-mega commercial project is also exist within a radius of 50-meter such as Panchsheel Square, Ajara Arcade, Orbit Plaza and Gaur Global Village market, etc. .
There is a very big gap in demand and supply. The supply is very high in comparission to demand. Al these Mall type projects/properties are creating investment competition. So the investors are facing problems in leasing and selling their retail shops, office spaces, and studio apartments, etc in all the above said commercial projects.
Mostly retail shops, office spaces and studio apartments are unsold or vacant in the Newtech La Gracia, Only some Front facing lower ground floor & upper ground floor retails shops are working fine, otherwise all entire other floors retail shops and studio apartments are vacant.
The elivation and layout design is not very impressive, only some front facing retail shops are properly visible. Parking is also a problem.
