The Panchsheel Square is located at the main roundabout of Crossings Republik. It is faced an entry side main road of Crossings Republik. Panchsheel Square has a very good location.

Drawbacks | Bad Factors
The layout design of The Panchsheel Square is not very impressive. Construction quality and maintenance are also very poor. Only front facing retail shops of the ground floor is properly visible from the roundabout main road. The Panchsheel Square retail shop corridors are not properly walkable to visitors/customers. It’s a very congested market.

There are many other commercial retail projects is very near to Panchsheel Square, like Ajnara Arcade, Newtech La Gracia, Orbit Plaza, and Gaur Global Village market etc. All above these projects are in the same line/location & same products and all above projects are ready to use.

So all above said commercial retail projects/properties are creating investment competition, as there is a big gap in demand and supply, the supply of this kind of same properties/projects/products/ location, is too much in comparison to demand. So investors facing problems in leasing or selling their retail shops, office spaces, and studio apartments in all above commercial projects.

Mostly retail shops/spaces are vacant in Panchsheel Square, only some front facing ground floor retail shops is working fine, otherwise all entire other floors retail shops/spaces are vacant.

The parking is a very big issue, there are no parking facilities in this project, you can park your vehicle at the outside road of Panchsheel Square.

The Panchsheel Square, the retail commercial complex is situated in the main roundabout of Crossings Republik, Ghaziabad. This project is developed by the Panchsheel builder. Panchsheel Square consists of commercial retail shops.

So that’s why The Panchsheel Square and other mall type properties/projects are not working fine.
