If construction/possession of the Ansal Town Walk is complete within a year or on before other nearby commercial projects then this project retail commercial shops will give excellent returns to investors because at present there is no ready to move the retail market in the sector-104, Dwarka Expressway, Gurgaon to cater daily shopping needs for residents.
