what is your opinion on commercial projects (Grandwalk 70 and 3 Reach) in sector 70?

I hv booked a shop on ground floor in Dec’ 2012 and they promised us to deliver shop in three years but till date construction is not completed and work is stopped. The project shown was twin towers complex but they r constucting only single tower.
Also the shop loading factor is very very high.

Its a big fraud company called MASCOT BUILDCON along with their another company called HOMETOWN PROPERTIES PVT LTD. are fooling, cheating people in their so called project called OODLES SKYWALK IN SECTOR 83, GURGAON.
These guys have already fooled people since 2012 by collecting money through a pre launch in which they misrepresentated people by showing beautiful brochures with twin towers, in 6 acres of land with 28 floors. Where is it. Do not invest with these fraud companies as many cases r pending in RERA and other courts. Call me on 9810462099 for more details. Check their website reviews as well, and they are shameless guys who r cheating people with their hard earned money. In their whole life they have made their empire by cheating people. Shame on such guys.

lots of misrepresentation and cheating in this project.
Possession: Uncertain (no hope in coming 02 years also)
Carpet area: Loading more than 65% at Ground Floor.
Selling project by showing tallest towers in Delhi/NCR but ground reality is totally different.
Charging 12% of GST without passing any ITC to buyers.
Construction is totally different from the sanctioned plan.
need some govt agencies to help us in coming out from this trap.
