Worst experience with kapil kavuri hub in gachibowli. You never get rent as promised in time. March rent will not be credited till end of March. Worst customer satisfaction. No contact to escalate or listen to customer. Manual process and several times follow up for everything. Agents will not provide contact to talk about significant delay in rent credit. Does not appear like you invest with company as they credit when they want and do not care about terms and conditions in the agreement and registration.

It depends on the investor on what they are looking for. For me I am happy to pay extra in order to buy commercial property from a known builder. In the case of KKH, I am receiving rent since Dec 2019 without any issue.. so far it seems to be a good investment. Location is prime so hoping for a good appreciation in few years time. They are not prompt in paying rent, in the agreement, there have mentioned that they will pay by the 10th of every month at the time of investment they promised to buy 8th at any cost. After the investment, they are paying rent will be credited by the 15th of every month. I trusted Kapil’s brand but they do not seem to be trustable. please be careful before investing we have to beg them for rent after investing a huge amount.
