UP government approved Noida Master Plan 2041.
Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Sector will be expanded to ‘New Noida’.

The Uttar Pradesh government has approved two master plans development projects to be undertaken by the Noida Authority and the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) over the next 15 years. The Noida Master Plan 2041 mainly focuses on the expansion of the Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region, called New Noida. The project will involve land acquisition from 80 villages in Gautam Buddha Nagar and Bulandshahr districts.
Master Plan of New Noida
New Noida will be built in four phases – the first phase will be ready on 3,165 hectares by 2027. Then between 2027 and 2032, 3,798 hectares of land will be developed. After this, 5,908 hectares will be developed by 2037 and 8,230 hectares by 2041.
To develop New Noida, the authority has so far allocated around Rs 1,000 crore for land acquisition. Of the total land, 40% is designated for industries, 13% for residential development and 18% for green belts and amusement parks.
New Noida is designed to house around 6 lakh residents. The new city will also have commercial areas covering 4% of the total area and institutional areas on over 8% of the land.
How many villages in which district
YEIDA’s master plan will include 55 villages of Bulandshahr in New Noida. In such a situation, the prices of land and property in prime locations in this area may increase. The area covered in the first phase of the project has been increased from 583 sq km initially to 769 sq km. As a result of this expansion, the population in the YEIDA area is expected to reach 37 lakh by 2041.
New Noida will be built in 209 sq km
According to Noida Authority’s ACEO Satish Pal that the New Noida will be in 209 Sq Km, and also said that the comprehensive mobility plan we are talking about is also for this city, so that how this new city can be connected to Delhi. A consulting company is being selected for this. The authority has reserved about Rs 1000 crore for land acquisition in the 213th board.
New Noida will be settled in 209.11 sq km i.e. 20 thousand 911.29 hectares. This master plan will be completed in four phases. 3165 hectares of it will be developed by 2023-27. Similarly, 3798 hectares area will be developed from 2027 to 2032. After this, there is a plan to develop 5908 hectares by 2032-37 and finally 8230 hectares of land by 2037-41. What will be the land acquisition policy for this? For this, a guide line will be issued at the government level.
